After meditating consistently for the past three years, I’ve embarked on a transformative journey shaped by my own experiences with anxiety and self-worth. Through breathwork and meditation, I rediscovered the importance of reconnecting with myself and learned how nurturing this inner connection supports balance between the mind, body, and spirit.
As an elementary teacher navigating the daily demands of the classroom, breathwork became a vital tool for resilience and steadiness. Over time, this practice not only supported me in teaching—but also guided me toward a deeper calling. I am now intentionally transitioning out of the classroom to support others in managing stress, preventing burnout, and reconnecting with themselves.
In January 2026, I expanded this work by earning my Yoga Teacher Certification, integrating mindful movement with breath and meditation. Through Breathe Easy, I support professionals in cultivating balance, resilience, and ease as they pursue meaningful, sustainable lives.
